For over three years, we have been successfully cleaning surfaces using the abrasive blasting method which consists of sandblasting, soda blasting, shot blasting, glazing and dry ice. We use only high quality abrasives (Rewa).
As we are passionate about the Industry 4.0, since last year we have been developing the second branch of our activity which is laser surface cleaning.
We have at our disposal a modern machine park which includes, among others: mobile sandblasting sets, sandblasting cabins, specialist alpinist equipment and two cleaning lasers with the power of 200W and 500W (the latter in production – expected delivery December 2021). We actively cooperate with our business partners conducting research and “proof of concept” projects in the field of automation and robotics.
We are in the process of preparing to implement a quality management system according to ISO 9000:2015 standard.
All services (abrasive, laser) are, of course, carried out mobile throughout the country saving your time (reducing logistics costs, no need to disassemble machine components, reducing changeover periods).
